Namibia Instruments & Avionics (NIA) was established in 2003 at Eros Airport in Windhoek, Namibia. We hold current AMO (Approved Maintenance Organization) certificates from the Namibian & South African Civil Aviation Authorities. We aim to keep abreast of the latest developments in the market and provide the most suitable modern solution for each customer.

We are looking to employ Avionics Engineers.

Requirements

  • Namibian AME License;
  • SACAA or FAA AME License;
  • Piper, Cessna 172/182, 206/7, C210, C208, F406, C425, Beechcraft Kingair B200, B300/350, B1900d, Embraer 135/145, 170/175, 190, Leonardo AW139/169/189, Airbus 225
  • X&W License required: Avionic Equipment, Compasses (direct reading), Compasses (remote reading), Electrical Equipment, Instruments.
  • 5 Years’ experience as Avionics specialist;
  • Individual needs to work effectively in teams;
  • Work productively and achieve demanding deadlines;
  • Willing to travel extensively in Africa;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Preference will be given to Namibian Citizens.
