Human Resources (HR) Administrator - Helicopter Division

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply for work visas and permits.
  • Frequently follow up on the applications submitted to Home Affairs.
  • Recruitment, selection and appointments of employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries.
  • Recordkeeping of employee information.
  • Assist with all administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations and industry and standards.
  • Reporting on a regular basis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Human Resources .
  • Three (3) to four (4) years’ relevant working experience.
  • Previous experience in the application of work visas and permits.
  • Customer care skills, proficient communication skills and organisational skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Open-minded, capable of multi-tasking, extremely organized, attention to detail, flexible, excellent time management skills and a team player.
  • Ability to work under frequent pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Sound interpersonal relations. Ability to work with people from different cultures and nationalities.
  • Nambian citizen.
