Purchase Executive – Helicopter Division

Minimum requirements:

• At least three (3) years relevant experience;
• Knowledge of the aeronautical / helicopter sector;
• Ability to travel abroad (even short trips) for operational reasons;
• Good level of English proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Office package;
• Dynamics;
• Problem solving;
• Flexibility;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Collaboration and communication with other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Market research on advantageous prices compared to requests coming from different departments;
• Issuing purchase/exchange/repair orders based on requests coming from different departments;
• Creation/management of shipments via couriers loyal to the company;
• Follow up of the shipment from departure to arrival of the material at its destination, with continuous updating of the technical staff;
• Constant contact with maintenance to resolve issues relating to the supply of materials.
