ERP SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

About the position

The ERP Systems Administrator will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system within a leading manufacturing company. This role involves ensuring system performance, security, and reliability while providing technical support and training to end-users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ERP administration and development, along with a solid understanding of business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ERP system and ensure its availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the ERP system using tools and technologies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the ERP system and its integration with other applications and databases, resolving any issues or errors.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on the ERP system and its functionalities.
• Document and maintain the ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT staff to understand business requirements and deliver solutions using the ERP system.
• Stay updated on the latest ERP features, updates, and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in ERP administration, development, and customization.
• Proficient in tools and technologies, such as Framework, Customization Platform, Report Designer, and Query.
• Knowledge of ERP modules, such as Financial Management, Distribution Management, Manufacturing Management, Project Accounting, and Customer Management.
• Experience in integrating ERP with other applications and databases, such as CRM, BI, EDI, and SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

  • Certification in Acumatica ERP is a plus.
