Job Title: Technical Instructor
Location: Windhoek, Namibia (with occasional travel)

Overview:
Signa Aviation Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Instructor for our ATO where we train Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. Signa Aviation technical training sets the standard for the industry and the instructor shall at the minimum maintain the standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitation, assessment and mentoring of technical training
• Development of curricula
• All administrative duties required within your daily tasks
• Perform duties and follow procedures according to Signa Aviation TPM
• Carry out all other duties as assigned by Your Manager and / or CEO
Qualifications and Experience required:
• A qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
• Licensed Instructor with an instructor rating
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally at all levels and in written form, in English. The ability to communicate in another official language will be an advantage.
